Letters from the Hollow Mondays. So things have been humid and hot hot hot this last week. The projects for the backyard have been on hold until things cool down a bit. Our household cohorts of @ravens.and.wolf.kindred have been watering the gardens at night to not burn out the seedlings and plants. But also baking bread in the early evenings to not heat up the house. Together we are going to build a maypole in the back corner of area, but we need a few things first. Part one was to clear the spot from the metal pipes that were there for no reason whatsoever. Special thanks to @hexsandvexs for making that dream happen. @beastly_undertakings are picking out the wood as well as the system for lowering and raising since we will also be using it as a Samhain pole to dance with the ancestors. @djblackrose and @auntiepanpan have both volunteered to clear the brick path that needs some TLC and arch. Needless to say it is a work of love. We are happy to see Pan up and moving around again from her surgery...love to you. The Dogs are doing great and staying cool in the puppy reflecting pool ... no random visions....no random visions... Kindred got the palm tree out of the back yard that had become a home for wayward rodents that were chewing electrical cords outside. All the wild bunnies seem to be just fine as well as the owls, ravens, crows and coyotes that visit the local area. The kindred are planning to build a crows nest for our favorite crows that seem to like our dogs, especially @awoothedusky they seem to like him. Now to make sure the crows nest is squirrel proof....good luck! Other than that it may just be an actual calm week #bristlehollowcoven #bristlehollow

After a very very looong decision wanting to have the Family Coven have a page to share future up and coming announcements we decided that this is the TRUE home of Bristlehollow a.k.a. The Coven of Confu*kery to those with a sense of humor. We thank you all for the support. Thank you for understandung and the massive support from the rest of the tribe. Big zenhugz to @ravens.and.wolf.kindred for getting us up from the floor and dusting us off to continue us onto the road. Big huge thank yous to more people up and coming. For the record these are MY journals, planners, calendars etc. No one else's. This is part of my process. Important stuff was already transferred. It felt so good to get rid of trauma or chaos of someone I no longer am anymore. You have to put the past you to bed so you can create space for who you want to be in the future. #journalpurge

Journal purge update: Most of the writing is now in one tub! We had a journal purge fire for Samhain which seemed to annoy some folk. Oh well. I have been sorting photos what to keep what to ship to family members. Its a long tedious process but I think it could be done by the end of next year...maybe sooner if I shake a tail feather. #journalpurge #journalling #cleaning #photopurging

I got one a super AHA moment when I noticed the higher the stress, the higher the weight gain. Also the less money, the higher the weight gain. This was the beginning of formula of trying to figure things out. Its helped me out a LOT. I like to call it 'The pool noodle theory' - my idea. I'll mention it in detail in further postings. #poolnoodletheory #journal #journalling #journalpurge #writer #writersofinstagram

I love drawing cartoons. I always have. I like to draw cute critters especially. I have loads of little critters on napkins, posits, papers.... I have a cartoon on webtoons called "Goth ❤️ is." I even self published a book by the same title. We sold 5. We only printed 10. But go check some of it out if you like. #cartoons #journalling #doodlling
